Lappeenranta Region’s Environmental Office is responsible for statuory environmental health services, veterinary treatment and environmental protection.
Department has different licencing-, supervision- and developing tasks, which influence the state of the environment and human health.

Food and environment laboratory is part of Environmental services and it produces different laboratorial services to private and public customers.
