Myllysaari Lake side sauna
The Myllysaari public sauna is located next to the Myllysaari public outdoor swimming pool and beach. In winter, there is an ice swimming hole next to the sauna. You can buy tickets for the sauna with cash or card at the sauna or at the swimming hall cash desks.
The sauna operations are run by entrepreneur during the weekend of spring 2024 as the City of Lappeenranta wanted to expand the services of the sauna for residents. The weekend services include mixed-gender and peat saunas, massages and exercise classes. On weekends the entrepreneur determine the opening hours, prices, and any events on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, the weekend activities at the sauna are completely separate from the sauna services provided by the city of Lappeenrananta on weekdays. Monday sessions for women and men on alternating weeks.
Men
- Mondays every second week in unevenly numbered weeks 16.00–20.00
- Tuesdays 14.30–20.00
- Thursdays 14.30–20.00
Women
- Mondays every second week in evenly numbered weeks 16.00–20.00
- Wednesdays 14.30–20.00
- Fridays 14.30–20.00
Ticket sales end at 19.00. The maximum stay at the sauna is 1.5 h.

- 3.6., 17.6., 1.7., 15.7., 29.7., 12.8., 26.8.
Women’s Monday sessions in evenly numbered weeks:
- 29.4., 10.6., 24.6., 8.7., 22.7., 5.8., 19.8., 2.9.

Lakeside sauna ticket prices starting 1 January 2024
Tickets are purchased from the sauna cash desk; cash and card payments only. Series tickets can also be purchased from the swimming hall cash desks. Myllysaari sauna tickets cannot be used for the swimming halls or swimming hall tickets for the Myllysaari sauna.
