Free watercolor course 8.-9.7.2025 – Explore natural and urban environments through watercolor painting

Join us for a free watercolor course on July 8–9, 2025 from 9 am to 2 pm. The course will be held at the Art Center East, at Valtakatu 66, Lappeenranta. The course will be taught by visual artist Erja Levikari.

A two-day course introduces nature and urban environments through watercolor painting. The first day's topic is summer plants and the second day's urban environment. During the course, we will go through watercolor painting materials, techniques, layering and perspective. During the course, we will complete step-by-step guided works and other exercises.

Please bring something to eat, watercolors and equipment for the course.

The course is suitable for both beginners and more experienced young people and adults. Register for the free course by email: erja.levikari@outlook.com. Places will be filled in the order of registration, the maximum number of participants in the course is 15 people.
