The Imatra service point is open on weekdays, from Monday-Friday 9.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00.
At the Imatra service point, you can do business for submitting documents or a contact request, as well as for registering as a job seeker for those people who cannot register online. Documents can be left in the mailbox.
Immigrant Services, Imatra office
Immigrant Services can help you with a wide range of everyday problems and questions. We offer guidance and counselling to immigrants in several different languages. You can get information, counselling and guidance for integration and living in Finland. We can steer you to the services you need.
For example, we provide guidance on:
- housing
- leisure activities and hobbies
- studying
- working life
- matters related to the submission of an application for a residence permit or citizenship.
We mainly provide guidance and counselling at the Lappeenranta and Imatra offices and by phone. You can visit our walk-in counselling without an appointment. You can also schedule an appointment if your case requires more time or interpretation. The Imatra service point is open on Mon-Thu 12.00 - 14.00. Walk-in counseling: Mon and Wed 13.00 - 15.30. At other times, counseling by agreement.
We serve everyone living in the municipalities of South Karelia in matters relating to immigration and integration.
You can get service in many different languages. If necessary, we can use an interpreter.
